Pulwama, June 13: A car overturned and crashed into a roadside shop following a loss of control by the driver in Tral town of South Kashmir’s Pulwama district.
The accident occurred at Baygund, Tral, when the driver of an Alto K10 bearing registration number JK13K-1588 reportedly lost control of the vehicle, causing it to veer off the road and ram into a shop.
The vehicle turned turtle due to a collision and excessive speed.
Despite the severity of the accident and damage to the vehicle, reports indicated a miraculous escape for the occupants, with no loss of life reported in the mishap.
The crash caused panic in the area as the vehicle struck the roadside structure before overturning.
Locals said the outcome could have been far more serious had pedestrians or customers been present near the shop at the time of the accident.
The driver and other occupants sustained no injuries. [KNT]
