No Casualties Reported, Damage Assessment Underway

Baramulla, July 26 (GNS): A residential house in Barnate village of Boniyar area of Baramulla was partially damaged after it caved in during the night, officials said on Sunday.
The structure belonging to Noor Din, son of Ghulam Qadir, reportedly collapsed due to incessant rainfall in the area over the past few days.
Officials told GNS that the house had 12 occupants at the time of the incident. All family members were safely evacuated and moved to a secure location. No injuries or loss of life were reported.
Revenue and local administration teams have reached the spot and a damage assessment is currently underway.
Sources said the family has incurred significant property loss. The administration is expected to assess the extent of damage and provide necessary relief and assistance to the affected household. (GNS)
