7 SFs Among 256 Covid-19 Cases, Total 121227

Srinagar, Jan 1 (GNS):  Seventeen travelers and seven security forces personnel were among 256 new positive cases reported in the last 24 hours in Jammu and Kashmir, officials said on Friday.  

Among the fresh cases, the officials told GNS said, 106 were reported from Jammu Division and 150 from Kashmir Valley, taking the overall tally to 121227.

Giving district wise details, the officials told GNS that Srinagar reported 61 cases, Baramulla 10,

Budgam 14, Kupwara 6, Pulwama 26, Anantnag 6, Bandipora 5, Ganderbal 11, Kulgam 2, Shopian 9,  Jammu 72, Udhampur 7, Rajouri 2, Doda 2, Kathua 3, Kishtwar 1, Samba 14, Poonch 1, Ramban 0 and Reasi 4.

A number of these cases were confirmed at CD hospital, SKIMS Soura and GMC Anantnag’s diagnostic labouratories.

The CD cases include male (11) from Lal Bazar, male (55) from Batmaloo, male (53) and female (45) from Rajbagh, male (50) from Habba Kadal, female (35) from Zadibal, male (74) and female (68) from Habak, male (49) from Alamdar Colony, male (50) from Nowshera, male (30) from Malbagh, male (45) from Baghat, male (60) from Hyderpora, male (65) from Dalgate, female (70) from Pahoo, female (40) from Chandpora, male (43) from Begpora, female (16) from Kahilil, male (16) from Khankah, male (16) from Pinglish, female (20) and male (58) from Gamraj, male (35) from Ladhoo, male (30) from Sumerbugh Lasjan, two females (61, 48) from NA, male (75) from Hyderpora Srg, male (50) from Chanapora Srg, female (NA) from Kund Qazigund, female (70) from Srg, female (40) from Karfali Mohalla, female (28) from Elahibagh, female (24) from Pattan, male (29) from Batmaloo, female (11) from Maharaj Gunj, two males (52, 55) and two females (21, 70) from Chanapora, male (29) from Batmaloo, male (54) from Balgarden, female (65) from Bemina, male (50) from Badshah Nagar, male (58) from Safa Kadal, male (NA) from Baghi Mehtab Srinagar.

The Ganderbal cases include male (49) from Nunar, male (35) from Khanan, male (64) from Manigam, male (20) from Batwina, male (50) from Kondbal, male (40) from Dhobipora, female (15) from Wanipora, male (78) from Safapora Ganderbal, male (50) from Kangan Ganderbal, male (35) from Chanduna Ganderbal, male (45) from NA Ganderbal.

SKIMS Cases

The CRPF cases include male (33) from 118 Bn Crpf Gund.

The  Budgam cases include male (50) from Chadoora Town, female (68) and male (70) from Mehboob Colony Natipora, male (64) from Baghi Mehtab, male (22) from Goigam Budgam.

The Srinagar cases include male (48) from Rainawari, female (39) and male (65) from Buchpora, female (42) from Batmaloo, female (72) from Soura, male (70) from Lal Bazar, female (08) from Nowshera, female (70) from Ahmadnagar, male (75) from Rainawari, male (23) from Pazalpora, female (41) from Chanapora Srinagar.

The Bandipora cases include male (24) from Bankoot Bandipora.

The Kishtwar cases include male (60) from Dakbanglow Kishtwar.

The GMC Anantnag cases include female (27) from Narapora, male (28) from Babapora, male (22) from Aglar, male (37) from Qaimoh, male (46) from Zaldoora, female (33) from Kuchipora, five males (31, 25, 50, 23, 50) from IRP- 17 Bn Mattan, male (22) from Katsoo, male (75) from Sangam, male (42) from Mattan, male (66) from Zampathri, two males (46, 30) and two females (54, 55) from Manloo Keller, male (26) from CRPF/ Zainapora, male (35) from Reban, three males (55, 27, 35) and four females (30, 07, 35, 55) from Pinjura Shopian, female (21) from Magray Pora.

Moreover, they said, 248 more COVID-19 patients have recovered and were discharged from various hospitals— 116 from Jammu Division and 132 from Kashmir Valley. (GNS)
