Allah the Almighty has given humans the status of the noblest of creatures from day one and this conferment will remain as such till eternity. If a status is given, then its principles are also formulated so that the person fulfills all the responsibilities. Similarly, only those who follow the moral system by sticking to truth and justice, join the ranks of the noble creatures and are described as worthy of praise. Covenant and fidelity have always been admired in human morality while lies, oppression, dishonesty and betrayal, selfishness; Hard-heartedness, miserliness and narrow-mindedness disregarded. Man has always included himself among the people in which he is respected and, in other words, man does not like to go where there is a danger for him to feel inferior. In order to maintain his individuality, man does not like to go where such a feel emanates from. Created with consciousness and walking on intellect and consciousness only proves that you are following the Muslim Ummah and the religion of Islam side by side with the community of those who are steadfast in the observance of morals. From this it became clear that human morality is in fact the universal reality that all human beings know and have always known. Good and evil are not hidden things but consciousness is in the nature of man. The Qur’an describes this fact in other words: فَأَلْهَمَهَا فُجُورَهَا وَتَقْوَاهَا i.e the human soul has been inspired by God to know good and evil.
On the moral system, Maulana Syed Abu A’la Maududi writes that if the good and the bad of morality are known and the world has always agreed on some virtues being good and some being bad, then how is there a different moral system in the world? That is, God is the owner of this universe and this whole system is running on obedience to Him.
Umm Al-Kitab is the book that gives us moral guidance in every age and the noble ways of the author of the Qur’an guide us in every ups and downs of life. Islam is its concept of the universe, its standard of good and evil, its source of moral knowledge. It keeps its driving force separate and through them arranges the content of morality according to its value to the heart and releases man in all spheres of life. “
High morale some time ago, while going to work as usual in the early hours of the morning, there was a collision between a Scooty and a Toyota car, but there was no loss of life or property. There were three young men on the Scotty. As soon as the three youths regained consciousness after falling from the scooter, the three youths attacked the driver of the car in such a way that if the drivers did not show wisdom, then Allah was the only one who could save them. The driver silenced the three young men, saying that it was my fault or my fault. When the youth heard this confession of guilt, the enthusiasm of their youth collapsed in an instant. And the speed with which he was breathing stopped for a moment. And he was squeezing his fists hard, including his teeth, to get rid of his mischief, or to be angry.
It is human nature to go astray on a trivial matter, consciously or unconsciously. If you know for yourself that you often live unconsciously, you will not be able to keep your senses when you are excited, then you will mourn over your intellect. Such people should always be prepared in advance to awaken the positive thinking person within them so that they can overcome the negative thinking and turn the negative into positive. The result is that the above-mentioned apology was dismissed at an early stage. In Islamic law, it is called superior or superior morality over low morality and it is also interpreted as good morals. The Prophet (Pbuh ) said: I have been sent to fulfill good morals. There are three things in the sight of Allah Almighty from high morals. Forgive him who wrongs you. Give to him who keeps you from giving. And whatever you cut off, stick to it. In a nutshell, it means that you should not consider the other as the other party in your competition, but should understand that he is also a human being like me. Your good morals will awaken a moral person like you from within. High morality is that in which man rises above the attitude of the other party and deals. And it should be remembered that a person’s morals should be positive without repetition of words and not retaliatory morals under negative thinking.
We have many responsibilities in the development of positive morals. These responsibilities are both collective and individual. Individual responsibilities are first and foremost the responsibility of the parents, which is also called the first learning place whatever Children learn from their parents until puberty that is also evident in their morals. Parents should equip their children with the light of moral education as well as conventional education so that they can move forward with moral awareness and join the ranks of righteous children. In collective responsibility, we need a society where it is imperative to lay the foundation for an environment free from immorality, shamelessness, oppression, murder, unjust bloodshed, bribery and wrongdoing, because the influence of the environment on morality is also felt by Maulana Rumi. A saying in Persian is very popular; Do good deeds with good companionship, Companionship of the righteous, That is, the companionship of good people
Man learns good by remaining in a good company and learns evil in the company of bad people, so we have a responsibility to choose a society or to provide our future generations with a society that is a mirror of high moral values. We find an example of this from the Companions on whom the Prophet (Pbuh) worked for more or less thirteen and a half years, and when they became mature in faith and morals, the role they played in the triumph of Islam is visible.
Alama Iqbal’s thoughts, Iqbal’s ideas, the concept of self, the concept of selflessness, the concept of perfect man, the concept of Shaheen and the concept of Faqr is the concept of Islamic morality.
In the Holy Qur’an, Allah Almighty says: “And do not be like those who forgot Allah, then Allah forgot their own souls with them (that they may pass on some good for their own souls). وَيُزَكِّيهِمْ وَيُعَلِّمُهُمُ الْكِتَابَ وَالْحِكْمَةَ. (Al-Imran, 3: 164)
“And purifies them and teaches them the Book and Wisdom.” In this blessed verse, purification is given priority and the teaching of the Book is postponed. This shows the extraordinary importance of morality and purification. The second wisdom is that education without purification is like a fruitless tree. It is like a futile endeavor. That effort is futile. Literacy is not just character building. Even with the addition of knowledge on one’s head, man remains at a rude age. Like a termite, licking books is just as bad. Knowledge, which does not lead to moral change and purification of character, is certainly a mental luxury, but it is not productive. The main subject of Qur’anic subjects is moral education. The subject of many verses is the formation of character and the embodiment of morality.
Thus, 6236 verses in the Umm Al-Kitab are related to the Positive Values or Negative Values. But in both cases there is moral education. “The Ethics of the Prophets and the Righteous” is one of the most important topics in the Qur’an.
Allama Iqbal says; Like animals, food, comfort or interest, Don’t be self-absorbed, even if it’s interest
“What is the use of eating and sleeping like an animal, if it is not strong and strong, then what is the use of your existence?”
What is it to be strong? To have strong morals, to have great morals, then life is purposeful, meaningful,
Allama Iqbal says; That knowledge is not poison in favor of Ahrar, The knowledge that is gained is two cuffs!!!
The concept of knowledge is connected with the concept of morality. Knowledge that is only for the sake of the womb, not for the sake of a high standard of living, that is, for the sake of earning a living, is poisonous. The knowledge you seek should be humane, moral, and character-building.
Alama Iqbal says; Soft-spoken, warm-spoken, Whether it is Razm or Bazm, it is pure hearted and pure
The Qur’an al-Hakim says to him: وَقُوْلُوْا لِلنَّاسِ حُسْنًا (Al-Baqarah: 2) “Speak kindly to ordinary people (even with gentleness and good manners).” Learn from people in a good way. “People spread its sphere over the universe. Erase your alienation. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “There will be no entrance into Paradise.” In another place, the Prophet (PBUH) said, “The fire of Hell has been forbidden to the one who speaks softly.”
The moral system of Islam provides us with a system free from discrimination. The Prophet said, “No grace to the Arabs to the non-Arabs, no to the non-Arabs, to the Arabs, not to the blacks, not to the reds, not to the blacks, no black is superior to white, no white is superior to black. All are descendants of Adam and Adam was from dust.
The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: The most perfect believer is the one who is good in morals and is kind to his family. Khalq-ul-Salam Al-Haya “There is modesty in the high morality of Islam. ۔ ۔ All of these modesty and faith are “connected and connected” with faith and modesty. But today’s era is the era of demolition. Moral demolition is far away. Calling shame hesitation, we do not hesitate at all, we take the name of shame without any shame. (Replacement of ethics) This era of change of ethics is dark. Today, the effect of modern science is tearing the veil of modesty. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: وَخَالِقِ ال لننَاسَ بِخُلُقٍ حَسَنٍ and treat people with good manners. (Tirmidhi 1897)
If you don’t have integrity, you have nothing. You can’t buy it. You can have all the money in the world, but if you are not a moral and ethical person, you really have nothing. (Henry Kravis)
Tailpiece: Morality is the best ornament of man. Protect this ornament and represent the true religion in the true sense.
