JK-BOSE Declares Class XI Results for Winter Zones; 83% Qualify

Srinagar: The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JK-BOSE) on Monday declared the Class 11 (Higher Secondary Part-I) Annual 2025 Regular Examination results for the Winter Zones of Kashmir and Jammu.

In Winter Zone Kashmir, 53,670 students qualified out of 60,003 enrolled, registering a pass percentage of 89 percent. The results included 12,859 distinctions, 18,206 first divisions, 902 second divisions, and 430 third divisions. The Board recorded 156 failures, 15 absentees, and two cancelled examinations.

For Winter Zone Jammu, 14,622 candidates passed out of 17,570 enrolled, with an overall pass percentage of 81 percent. The tally comprised 5,107 distinctions, 7,188 first divisions, 1,947 second divisions, and 320 third divisions, besides 178 failures, seven absentees, and two cancelled exams.

In the combined J&K results, 19,321 students passed out of 24,040 enrolled, taking the overall pass percentage to 83 percent, with 7,932 distinctions and 8,165 first-division holders.

JK-BOSE said the results are subject to errors and omissions and advised students to collect detailed mark sheets from their respective institutions or official Board platforms.
