Srinagar, April 07(GNS): A Non-Local was shot at and injured by suspected militants in Yader area of South Kashmir’s Pulwama on Thursday.
A top police official told GNS that the militants fired upon the non-local and he was immediately shifted to nearby hospital for treatment.
The injured person has been identified as Sonu Sharma son of Banarsi Dar resident of Patankot.
“He has firearm injured in right leg,” When contacted, Medical Superintendent of District Hospital Pulwama Dr B S Tullah told GNS. “His condition is stable,” he said. This is the third incident in which non-cal persons have been attacked in Pulwama. In all, five non-locals were injured in these three attacks. (GNS)
