Kupwara, Apr: 03 (GNS) Two persons sustained injuries after occurrence of a head-on collision involving a two-wheeler and a cab in Pazipora Trehgam area in this north-Kashmir district on Saturday afternoon.
Reports reaching Srinagar-based news agency Global News Service (GNS) said that a bike bearing registration number PB07AH-4878 collided with sumo bearing registration number JK01L-5213, resulting in injuries to two persons.
The injured persons have been identified as Owais Ahmad (20) son of Mohammad Jamal Chopan and Aadil Ahmad (21) son of Abdul Ahad Chopan, both residents of Shalora Bala Vilgam.
Both of them were evacuated to a health facility, wherefrom one of them was referred to SDH Kupwara for advanced treatment.
A police official confirming the occurrence to GNS said that a case has been registered in this regard and further investigations taken up. (GNS)
