Poonch, Sep 08 (GNS): A motorcyclist was killed in a hit-and-run accident in Kalai area of Poonch district on Tuesday morning.
Officials told GNS that an unknown vehicle hit a motorcycle near Kalai, between Khanetar and Kalai, resulting in on-spot death of the rider.
The deceased has been identified as Mehmood Ahmed, son of Abdul Latief, resident of Khanetar, Poonch.
Police have taken cognizance and started investigation to trace the unknown vehicle involved in the accident.(GNS)
