Reasi, Sept 14: A dead body was recovered from the Salal Dam area of Reasi district on Monday, officials said.
An official told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that the body was spotted in the Salal Dam area by locals, following which the matter was brought to the notice of the concerned authorities.
He said that an investigation has been initiated, while the identity of the deceased is yet to be ascertained.
Meanwhile, the body has been shifted for necessary legal formalities.—(KNO)
