The accused, Varinder Thakur, son of Yadav Lal Thakur, resident of Sariswa, Bihar, has been awarded Life imprisonment along with a fine of ₹50,000 by the Hon’ble Court of Principal Sessions Judge, Ganderbal, under Section 06 of POCSO Act.
