Udhampur, Dec 24: Two specialized courses on “Terrorism / Counter Insurgency”, and “Intellectual Property Rights” successfully concluded with a valuable knowledge sharing session at Sher-i-Kashmir Police Academy Udhampur today.
SSP Benam Tosh, Deputy Director SKPAU, graced the imposing valedictory function as chief guest, addressed the participants, boosted the morale of determined police officers to wipe out terrorism, crimes and presented certificates in the presence of courses Directors, Nasser Mehmood Naik & Vikas Manhas.
Eminent academicians including Dr. Savita Nayyar, Deptt of Law, University of Jammu, Dr. Ranjan Sharma, Deptt of Strategic & Regional Studies, University of Jammu, Prof Vishal Sharma, HoD Electronics, Govt MAM College, Jammu, renowned High Court Advocate Ms Supriya Chouhan, noted Senior Prosecuting Officer Amit Prakash Sehgal, senior officers from Cyber Police Station Jammu and SKPAU imparted training to the participants of two courses.
32 police officers of the rank of SI to SP belonging to various wings & districts of Jammu & Kashmir received series of lessons to combat terrorism, radicalization, internal security threats, bio warfare and intellectual property rights during simultaneously held two courses from 22th to 24th of December 2025. The participants reiterated their resolve to fight against anti-national and anti-social elements with yet more vigour and enthusiasm.
