Srinagar: In run up to the forthcoming Parliamentary elections , DPAP , Zonal President Central Kashmir , Peer Bilal has urged the workers and functionaries to gear up and apprise the people about the programmes and policies of the party a prosperous and developed model Jammu and Kashmir. Speaking at an extra-ordinary meeting of DPAP workers of Central Kashmir zone , Peer Bilal urged the need for apprising the people about the core agenda of DPAP , envisaging a prosperous model Jammu and Kashmir with strong foundation of secular and democratic values. He said DPAP was committed to seek constitutional safeguards for the peoples rights on land and employment adding that upholding identity and dignity of the people of Jammu and Kashmir was the sacred mission of DPAP. He said our popular leader Azad sb has in un-ambiguous terms resolved to fight for restoration of all the constitutional rights of the people . He said people need to be apprised about the grand achievements and success stories of Azad Sb when he was Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir ,though for a brief stint. Peer Bilal has appealed to the people to use their votes with social responsibility and elect only honest and trusted candidates . He said the era of exploitive politics and deciept has gone adding that only those could survive now who shall have good performance and peoples faith. Peer Bilal said that objective of the meeting was to strategize DPAPs preparedness for the forthcoming parliamentary elections .The members provided their valuable suggestions for strengthening of the party at the grassroots level. It was enjoined upon all the party members to undertake door to door campaign in their respective areas especially in far-flung areas to familiarise and mobilise masses in favour of the DPAP.
