Poonch, Aug 26 (GNS): A government ambulance deployed under 108 services at PHC Mankote in Sub Division Mendhar of Poonch district was allegedly seen displaying a religious flag, in purported violation of government norms.
As per visuals shared, the religious flag was affixed on the government-owned ambulance bearing number JK02DT-1408 meant for emergency medical services.
The display of religious flags or symbols on government vehicles is considered a violation of government service norms and guidelines.
Locals have sought action and have urged higher authorities to look into the matter. (GNS)
