Srinagar, Mar 3: Inquilab Vikas Dal has stitched alliance with Kumari Mayawati led Bahujan Samaj Party and passed a resolution to jointly fight the upcoming assembly and parliamentary elections in Jammu and Kashmir.
A delegation led by National President Inquilab Vikas Dal Nathu Singh Gujjar alongside Chief General Secretary All India Chaudhary Gabbar Singh Kapasia and J&K UT President Chaudhary Abdul Quyoom called on Bahujan Samaj Party’s All India Vice-president Dr. Ashok Siddarth at latter’s office in New Delhi. The two sides held a healthy discussion and deliberated on various issues plaguing Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir.
The alliance of Inquilab Vikas Dal has so far materialised Bahujan Samaj Party’s state cadres of Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh, as per a senior party worker of Inquilab Vikas Dal.
He said alliances with other state cadres are in the offing as they want to jointly put a fight against the divisive forces’ in the country. “We nevertheless have joined hands to see the progress and upliftment of the backwards sections of the society”, he told Kashmir Glory.
