Kishtwar, Jan 28 : At least 50 to 60 sheep and goats were found dead following a landslide near Hasti Pull area of Kishtwar, officials said on Wednesday.
An official told news agency Kashmir News Corner (KNC) that the livestock casualties were reported after debris slid down in the area, trapping the animals.
He said that rescue and assessment operations are underway to ascertain the extent of damage caused by the landslide.
