Srinagar, Apr 4 : A painter who sustained critical injuries before two days after falling from a height in Peerbagh succumbed to his injuries on Saturday morning, officials said.

An official told news agency Kashmir News Corner — KNC, The deceased has been identified as Bashir Ahmad Dhobi (45), a resident of Ichgam, Budgam.

He had been admitted to the hospital on April 2 after reportedly falling while carrying out painting work at a house in Peer Bagh area.

He lost balance and fell from a height, resulting in multiple injuries. His condition was stated to be critical since admission.

He said that despite efforts by doctors, he succumbed to his injuries this morning. (KNC)
