February 04: Police in Kupwara accorded a farewell function at District Police Lines Kupwara in the honour of outgoing DySP Dalbir Kour on his transfer to STC Sheeri.
The event was graced by SSP Kupwara, Shri Ghulam Jeelani Wani-JKPS, along with other senior officers and officials of District Police Kupwara. The function was a gesture of appreciation for DySP Dalbir Kour’s dedicated service of five years as SHO Women’s Police Station Kupwara.
Speaking at the occasion, SSP Kupwara lauded DySP Dalbir Kour for her outstanding contribution and dedication to duty. He highlighted her ability to handle sensitive cases with fairness, promptness, and a deep sense of responsibility, ensuring justice for those in need. As a token of appreciation, SSP Kupwara, along with senior officers, presented a memento to DySP Dalbir Kour, acknowledging her years of dedicated service.
