Srinagar, Feb 12 : Two minor boys were critically injured after wooden logs slipped over them while they were playing at the Social Forestry Corporation area in Shaltang on Thursday, officials said.
An official told news agency Kashmir News Corner—(KNC) that the incident occurred when a pile of wooden logs suddenly slipped, trapping the children underneath and causing serious injuries.
The injured boys have been identified as Arhaan (6) and Aerhaan (10), originally residents of Boatman Colony, Bemina, who had recently shifted to Shaltang Ghat.
Both were immediately rushed to JVC Hospital, Bemina, where their condition was stated to be critical, he added.
Police cognizance of the incident has been taken. (KNC)
