30 Injured As Bus Enroute Jammu From Srinagar Meets Accident, 7 Referred To GMC Jammu

Ramban, Oct 1 (GNS): At least 30 persons were injured after a tourist bus travelling from Srinagar to Jammu met with an accident at Chinar Morh near T2 tunnel in Ramban on Thursday.

Officials told GNS that the bus met with an accident and the injured were immediately shifted to District Hospital Ramban.

A total of 30 injured persons have been admitted at District Hospital Ramban till now, and out of them 7 critically injured have been referred to GMC Jammu for advanced treatment.

The injured referred to GMC Jammu have been identified as Sultan Khan (8) son of Sohail Khan, Heema Khatoon (12) daughter of Sohail Khan, Sadat Khan (14) son of Sohail Khan, Shabana Bibi (42) wife of Sohail Khan, all residents of West Bengal, Shanker (52) son of Katil Mandal of West Bengal, Alamgeer Khan (52) son of Islam Khan and Raj Kumar Sheikh (35) son of Sheikh Ramzan of West Bengal.
