Kupwara, Jun 5: In a major relief to people here in the district, tests of all twenty-nine Food Supplies Department employees returned negative for novel Coronavirus.
Sources privy to the development told Kashmir Glory that samples of the employees were taken on July 4.
The samples of the employees believed to be primary contacts of the deceased employee belonging to Warnow Lolab were taken on Thursday. However all of them returned negative for the infection, sources said.
The employees working as storekeepers from Sogam and Lalpora tehsils had moved to home quarantine after their colleague died in SMHS on Monday last, sources added.
