Jammu, Jan 5: The Directorate of Youth Services and Sports (DYSS), Jammu and Kashmir, has constituted a high-level committee to scrutinise score sheets and related records of the Inter-District UT Level U-14 Cricket League matches that culminated in the selection of the team for participation in the 69th National School Games.

As per an order issued by the Directorate as per news agency Kashmir News Corner — KNC, the committee will be headed by Pankaj Sasan, Physical Education Lecturer, District Jammu and Senior National Player, as Chairman. The members of the committee include Arshad Bhat, Physical Education Master, District Srinagar and Ranji Trophy player; Jagtar Singh, Physical Education Teacher, District Jammu, Ranji Trophy player and NIS Coach; Paramjeet Singh, Physical Education Teacher, District Srinagar and Ranji Trophy player; and Mukesh Sharma, Physical Education Teacher, District Jammu and Senior National Player.

The order states that the committee has been tasked with examining all score sheets and other relevant records to verify whether the selection process was conducted strictly in accordance with the laid-down norms and guidelines.

The committee has been directed to submit its report by January 5, 2026. The order has been issued under the signature of Anuradha Gupta, JKAS, Director General, Directorate of Youth Services and Sports, Jammu and Kashmir. (KNC)
