Jammu, Oct 09 (GNS): Chief Minister today virtually addressed the J&K Global Capability Centres (GCCs) Summit 2026 at IIM Jammu.
The two-day summit has been organised by IIM Jammu in partnership with the J&K Government and NASSCOM. The summit brings together over 300 global industry leaders, policymakers and academics to advance Jammu & Kashmir’s emergence as a hub for technology and knowledge-based industries.
Highlighting J&K’s educated youth, premier academic institutions, competitive operating costs, improved connectivity and quality of life, the Chief Minister underlined its potential to attract global enterprises and retain talent.
He emphasised that GCCs can connect local talent with global opportunities, expand access to world-class skilling and employment, and drive sustained economic growth.
The Chief Minister assured investors of full Government support, single-window facilitation, and an enabling policy framework to build a sustainable capability hub in J&K.(GNS)
