Bandipora, Mar 06: (GNS) Body of a mentally challenged male person was found in Pannar village of north Kashmir’s Bandipora district on Saturday morning.
A police official told GNS that some local residents had spotted an elderly male body lying in Pannar village following which a team rushed to the spot and took the body into its possession.
Identifying the deceased as one Ghulam Hassan Malla son of Abdul Gani resident of Waheedpora Ganderbal, the official said that person was mentally challenged and often found roaming in the area.
“A case has been registered under relevant section of law”, the official added. (GNS)
