Srinagar, June 19:(GNS) Forest department officials seized 49-kilograms of illicit Minor Forest Produce (MFP) from a vehicle during a special naka in Anantnag district of south Kashmir. “On a tip of information received from a reliable source DFO Anantnag Feroz Ahmad Chaket alongwith his special team laid a naka at Panchalthal Kuthar,” a senior officer of the department told GNS on Friday. “A vehicle carrying 49kgs of illicit MFP was intercepted by the naka team and was seized on spot, the officer said.
