Kralgund (Kupwara), Sep 23: Thousands of people attended the funeral prayers of 23-year-old law student Suhail Aijaz Langoo at Kralgund in Kupwara district on Wednesday, a day after he died in a road accident in Chandigarh.
Langoo, a resident of Kralgund, was pursuing a law degree in Chandigarh. His body was brought to his native village on Wednesday morning, where the funeral prayers were offered in the presence of a large gathering from Kralgund and the wider Qaziabad area.
Langoo was the only son of his parents, according to local sources. Handwara MLA Sajad Lone has also expressed condolences to the bereaved family.
