A polite and humble person hailing from Amshipora Shopian who showcases a bloom of talents both in academic as well as entrepreneurship arena. During his PG days, he became successful in imbibing his passion over entrepreneurship just after attending entrepreneurship camp at SKUAST in 2014. Due to his strong self-esteem and firm determination, he bags wonderful and praiseworthy academic excellence. After completing graduation from Sri Pratap College Srinagar, he shone well in PG Biochemistry at Kashmir University. Surprisingly, he qualified CSIR NET in Biochemistry in 2016 with 52th rank. Still then, his academic excellence does not say die off. By burning midnight oil, he qualified for the Science teacher examination in 2018 but unfortunately due to some sort of family problems, he did not attend its document verification conducted by the concerned recruitment agency. Due to such misfortune, he missed such an excellent opportunity. Facing such a storm of hardships and negative vibes, his hard work and will power still stand steadfast and evergreen. He obtained a diploma in food processing from university of Allahabad and PGDCA in computer applications in order to have upper hand in the entrepreneurship strategy and met with enough technical knowledge. Due to his hard work persistence and positive vibes, he became able to qualify Accounts Assistant (Panchayat) examination held in 2020 with UT rank 134 (OM).

Even a hunk of best academic excellence, he did not let his passion over entrepreneurship to die down. Luckily, his father too runs a separate entrepreneurship unit thus, inspiring him to cultivate the passion for entrepreneurship into the right shape. His father builds “never give up “power in him. He believes that we need to develop a right setup so that the budding and blooming youth of J&K understand that there is something beyond a government job. He has the right track of knowledge about everything that happens around. Even getting qualified for CSIR NET, he did not opt for research horizons because he believed that most of the present research work shows the copy paste feature. He owes a great love to building original and creative work rather than displaying copy paste flow. His pull towards the life as budding entrepreneur revolves around his wish, back to his childhood days. Since childhood, he wanted to become a job provider rather than job seeker. He began his campaign to the advanced showcasing world and with all his unfaltering potential and assurance, he started to run own food-processing unit under the name of MS Malas natural fresh located at industrial estate Gagren Shopian. In such a unit, he works as production manager cum chief canning instructor and manages to provide right training to workers on weekends. Luckily, his productive unit became able to provide employment to more than 20 people and the numbers will amplify in the near future.
He is the sole person who is involved in food processing in the whole district Shopian. As per his viewpoint, the whole of south Kashmir shows 100% land under agriculture domain. Lot of fruits and vegetables go to waste so he set up a plan to preserve such a huge amount of fruits and vegetables from wastage. In such regard, he uses his skills and experiences of biochemistry and runs a food processing initiative at said unit. Being a foodie, he slowly developed his passion over food preservation. At present, he is doing canning of fruits and vegetables at the same processing unit. To everyone’s surprise, he canned about two lakh cherry cans in a single month of this current year thus, defeating the leading canners of the valley. He bears the right guts to face every business challenge and wins the competition with his determination and hard work.
He gets the support from the central government to portray his passion into good form.He receives a lot of support from his family and friends. His relatives always provide negative vibes about breathing in the entrepreneurship world, which ignites him to work too hard and prove them wrong. About his hardship, he stated that lack of government support on time, financial burden, prevailing uncertainties and lack of awareness among masses are the main hardships that made it an uphill task to breathe easily in the ring of entrepreneurship.
When asked about his special message or any suggestions for upcoming blooming entrepreneurs, he suggests that young entrepreneurs need to keep the passion of entrepreneurship evergreen and should not go heads down while facing temporary hardships. He further adds up that young entrepreneurs need to work with full zeal and enthusiasm. The wonderful and amazing fact of entrepreneurship lies in the benefits received by others in the form of jobs and useful products.Nothing is impossible for the one who has the right determination, will power, self-esteem and hard work.
