Srinagar, May 27 : The Higher Education Department has extended the last date for submission of online application forms and updation of preferences for admission to Undergraduate (UG) programmes in Government Degree Colleges across Jammu and Kashmir for the Academic Session 2026-27.

According to an official notification issued by Director Colleges J&K Dr. Sheikh Ajaz Bashir, as per news agency JKNS, the decision was taken in view of numerous representations received from aspirants and the general public.
