Srinagar, Apr 23: Army has started training a drive for the youth of Kanzalwan area for forthcoming police recruitment rally with an endeavor to help them to prepare for the written and physical exam.
“A total of nine male and one female has registered for the drive with the army encouraging more volunteers to come forward more so female volunteers to improve their status in the society”, reads a statement received here.
“This effort by the Army will provide the villagers of the remotest parts of the country an opportunity to not only join the mainstream but also improve their social status in their society”, the statement reads adding “It is also a testimony in itself of the spirit of Nationalism imbibed by the locals as a result of various activities undertaken by the Indian Army.”
“Project Recruitment” Aim is to motivate, select and guide potential youth of Kanzalwan sub sect to finds jobs. Training on written and physical test started from April 23, 2022 at Kanzalwan location.
These initiatives taken in by the army in the last half year has led to meaningful engagement of youths of Kanzalwan with the eventual aim of having more youngsters joining government jobs and thereby joining the National main stream.
