“All the aforesaid doctors shall be deemed to be relieved from the Government Medical College, Jammu and Government Medical College, Srinagar with immediate effect and non-compliance of orders shall be conveyed by the concerned Directorates for initiation of disciplinary proceeding against such delinquent doctors,” the order further reads.

Furthermore, it adds, “Concerned Principals/DDOs of Government Medical College, Jammu and Government Medical College Srinagar shall in no case draw salary in respect of such repatriated doctors.
