Ganderbal , July 21 (GNS):The Jal Shakti PHE Rural Water Supply Division, Ganderbal has issued a public advisory warning of possible disruption in drinking water supply due to high turbidity in major sources.

According to the Executive Engineer, Jal Shakti PHE RWS Division Ganderbal, prevailing weather conditions have led to higher instances of turbidity in sources including Nallah Sindh, SE Canal, and Wangath Nallah.

This may cause temporary disturbance in the supply of potable drinking water in District Ganderbal and rural areas of District Srinagar falling under the jurisdiction of the division.

The general public of all concerned areas has been requested to use drinking water judiciously and store sufficient water for use.
