Srinagar, Sep 11: Authorities on Thursday morning said that traffic is moving smoothly on Mughal Road, SSG Road, and Sinthan Road as per the issued advisories, while partial restoration of NH-44 at Thard has allowed only one-way movement of LMVs from Jammu towards Srinagar.
Traffic Police as per news agency Kashmir News Corner — KNC, urged commuters not to travel against the advisory and strictly follow lane discipline, warning that overtaking could lead to heavy congestion.
People have been advised not to pay heed to rumors and to check the latest status of roads through the Traffic Police Twitter handle, official Facebook page, or by contacting Traffic Control Units (TCUs) in Jammu, Srinagar, and Ramban. (KNC)
